Robin Sena: The first time I watched Witch Hunter Robin, I plowed through all 26 episodes in less than 24 hours. The series is just that good! And in that span of time, I completely fell in love with Robin. Her personality is nothing like mine--she's soft-spoken and unobtrusive, whereas I'm loud and obnoxious--but I found her quiet badassery utterly endearing. So I belted out this costume in a burst of obsessive enthusiasm right before a con. I'm proudest of the wig and the necklace; the wig entailed 2 packs of extensions (which took 9 hours to thread and fuse) plus some wire and caulk, and the necklace is entirely hand-sculpted from Super Sculpey. But drafting all the patterns--including the petticoats--was a pretty satisfying feat as well.
